Notice of Municipal General Election
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §21-2-132, notice is hereby given that a General Election for the City of Eatonton will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 for the purpose of electing four (4) members to the Eatonton City Council (Ward 1, Ward 2, Ward 3, and Ward 4).
Qualifying for said election will commence at 8:30 AM on Monday, August 21, 2017 and will conclude at 4:30 PM on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at the office of City Clerk, located in the Eatonton City Hall, 201 North Jefferson Avenue, Eatonton, Georgia.
Qualifying fees for each office will be $198.00.

Polls will open on Election Day from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM. A Runoff Election, if necessary, will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2017.
Advance Voting will commence on Monday, October 16, 2017 and will conclude on Friday, November 3, 2017 at 103 West Harris Street, Eatonton, Georgia. Hours of Advance Voting are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
