The City of Eatonton is pleased to announce the availability of Community HOME Investment Program (CHIP) funds to assist low- and moderate-income homeowners with housing rehabilitation. Please know that these funds are targeted to sub-standard housing units located within Census Tract 9602.04, to include the South Maple Drive and Alexander Drive areas.

Pre-applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis until 5:00 pm on February 16, 2024 and should be returned to City Hall, 201 N. Jefferson Avenue.
